Leedwell Property has announced the promotion of Henry Treloar to Partner.

Henry joined Leedwell in 2011 as an Executive in Agency and has progressed through Associate Director and Director roles before his promotion to Partner. Over that time, he has played a significant role in the growth of the firm's Industrial business line, advising on some of Adelaide's largest industrial transactions and building long-standing client relationships across the sector.

The promotion reflects Leedwell's commitment to recognising and rewarding exceptional people, with the business continuing to invest in leadership development and creating pathways to partnership and equity for high-performing team members.

Steve Smith said Henry's promotion recognised his longstanding contribution to the business and the impact he has had on clients, colleagues and the broader industrial property sector.

The promotion follows the recent appointment of David Martin as Leedwell's first Chief Executive Officer, reflecting the firm's continued investment in its people, leadership and long-term growth.
