We’re excited to welcome Rob Nucifora to Leedwell as General Manager - Asset Management.

Rob brings more than 20 years of experience across the commercial property sector, with a background in valuations and a career spanning retail, commercial and industrial assets. Over the past decade, he has specialised in asset management, leading teams and driving performance across large, diverse portfolios.

He joins us from Spotlight Property Group, and has previously held roles with Australia Post and Melbourne Airport delivering strong outcomes and maximising value for clients.

Known for his hands-on, commercial approach, Rob adds real depth to our growing asset management team. His focus on strategy, performance and long-term value aligns closely with how we work at Leedwell.

As we continue to expand this side of the business, Rob’s leadership will play an important role in what’s ahead.
