Pat has 19 years’ experience in Retail Facility and Operations Management and has managed in excess of 30 properties.

During his time as Operations Manager, he has been focused on risk management, tender processes, incident reporting, site inspections, budgeting and contractor management.

Pat prides himself on building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors. He has experience in NABARS and BEEC ratings and liaising with consultants. Pat previously owned his own maintenance business, has a background in carpentry and has studied architectural drafting.
