In her role at Leedwell, Lela is responsible for the end-to-end management of property assets. This includes overseeing lease administration, arrears management, compliance, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and tenant relationships. Her hands-on, solution-focused style ensures assets are managed efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with client objectives.

Prior to joining Leedwell, Lela held senior property and portfolio management roles, where she managed large-scale residential portfolios and mixed-use assets. Her diverse experience has equipped her with strong knowledge of tenancy legislation, financial reporting, and stakeholder communication.
