Kara Jovicevic

Joining Leedwell In 2014, Kara brings with her over 14 years of property experience.

Kara's passion for property management and desire to work with clients stems from her own experience of being a former owner and operator of a hospitality café business. She Is uniquely placed to understand first-hand the pressures and challenges that business owners face and deal with on a daily basis. After selling her business, Kara completed her University studies and began working in the property sector in 2009 where she held senior retail management roles with both privately owned and national companies.

Kara started working at Leedwell in 2014 where she initially worked in our Asset Management Department. Since joining Leedwell, Kara has held numerous roles before being promoted to General Manager - Property and Operations. Her role at Leedwell Includes overseeing of Asset Management operations as well as the day-to-day operation of the organisation in conjunction with General Manager - Finance and Operations.

Kara's diverse background in property, and passion for customer service coupled with her strong focus on risk management and compliance has given her a valuable and unique skill set to add value to our clients and the Leedwell business.

Kara is a key member of the senior management team and is a member of the Leedwell Leaders.
