With over 15 years of experience in facilities management, David brings a comprehensive background across retail, large format retail (LFR), commercial, and industrial sectors. His expertise lies in risk and compliance, where he has built a strong track record of ensuring site safety, operational efficiency, and asset preservation.

Beginning his career hands-on in traditional shopping Centres, David developed a deep technical understanding before progressing into management roles with a focus on risk and compliance. His career evolution saw him take on the role of Operations Manager, where he was responsible for the delivery of major CapEx projects and the navigation of complex stakeholder environments - including retail tenants, government entities, and high-traffic customer zones.

Currently, David manages the risk and compliance responsibilities for a major Victorian portfolio, while also coordinating capital works and major projects. Notable achievements include the resurfacing of a 15,500m² LFR car park, the replacement of 11 HVAC units at a site housing key government retailers, and oversight of a $25 million development that transformed a commercial/retail area into a fully operational medical precinct - all from a building management perspective.

David’s key strengths include contractor management, site safety, and compliance with Australian Standard AS1851-2012. He is committed to ensuring all managed sites are safe for stakeholders, compliant with regulations, and maintained to preserve long-term asset value.
