Chantelle brings over 10 years' experience specialising in the management and leasing of retail property for both high-net worth individuals and institutional clients. Working directly with the Head of Retail Management, Chantelle is currently responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of shopping centres with a strong focus on maximising the performance of the assets.

Prior to commencing at Leedwell, Chantelle was formerly a Senior Property Manager at a global commercial agency, managing a portfolio of shopping centres including the management of day-to-day operational and compliance matters. In addition, Chantelle held a former role within a global commercial agency as Senior Executive in Retail Leasing specialising in the strategic leasing of sub-regional and CBD shopping centre projects.

With a diverse background in retail management, facilities management and leasing, Chantelle is dedicated to providing both landlords and tenants an outstanding level of service.
