With over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, Carina brings strong strategic leadership to her role as Director – Asset Management, SA. She is known for her results-driven approach and ability to enhance asset performance across complex commercial portfolios.

Carina works closely with Landlords and her clients to optimise value, mitigate risk, and identify growth opportunities, combining high-level strategy with a deep understanding of day-to-day operations.

Her experience spans property management, development, acquisition and disposal, alongside co-owning and operating a property franchise office, providing a well-rounded perspective across the full asset lifecycle
