Alison is a senior retail leasing operative with over 20 years’ experience working in retail and commercial leasing for both major agencies and landlords.

In early 2020, she started Balance Retail consultancy, with the belief that she could deliver expert property services with better and faster outcomes to smaller landlords.

She has worked on many projects including greenfield and major landlord extensions, together with leasing vacancy on prominent strips in Adelaide.

Joining Leedwell in 2023 as a Director within our retail team, Alison offers well rounded experience from master planning to execution, utilising her experience and exceptional network within the industry.
