With four years’ experience in the property industry, Ray has progressed from a graduate role into specialised valuation work, developing a detailed understanding of commercial assets with a particular focus on the industrial sector. His experience has equipped him with the ability to interpret market data, assess asset performance and provide clear, informed insights to support investment and occupier decisions.

Holding a Bachelor of Business (Property) and a Diploma of Business from the University of South Australia, Ray is also a Certified Practicing Valuer. His disciplined, detail-oriented approach and commitment to continual development underpin his focus on delivering strategic outcomes and building long-term client relationships.
