Daniel Paul leads the establishment and growth of Leedwell’s Shopping Centre service line, partnering closely with developers to deliver project leasing and retail advisory solutions across shopping centres and mixed-use developments. His focus is on driving commercially strong leasing outcomes that enhance asset performance, customer experience and long-term value creation.

With over a decade of experience in retail leasing, project leasing and strategic advisory, Daniel brings deep expertise in tenancy mix optimisation, retail strategy, market positioning and end-to-end leasing execution. He has worked across major retail portfolios and flagship shopping centre assets, delivering leasing campaigns, negotiating complex commercial agreements and building strong relationships with national retailers, landlords and stakeholders.

Prior to joining Leedwell, Daniel held senior roles at Charter Hall, Colliers, JLL and Vicinity Centres, where he was responsible for driving occupancy, curating retail mixes and executing leasing strategies across both stabilised assets and development projects.

Daniel is known for his collaborative approach, strong market insight and ability to align leasing strategy with broader asset, development and investment objectives.
